Fahrzeugbeschreibung:

Up for sale is my Puch 150 TL from 1951. 
The bike was exported from Germany to Stockholm, Sweden, when it was new. My father bought the bike in 2003 and I inherited the bike two years ago. 
The Puch has not been started for about three years.
The Puch has Swedish papers.
The Puch is very solid and have always been kept indoors in a garage. It is sold exactly as it is shown in the pictures.
Transportation from Sweden to the buyers location in Germany is beeing made by international transport company, Allround Transport afd Scand. Import and you can read their offer to transport below. The offered transportation cost is € 400 + VAT if the bike is transported to the city of Munchen in Germany. The bike can be transported to any location in Germany, Munchen is just an example to show transportation costs.
The cost for transportation is paid by the buyer/winner of this auction directly to the transportation company. 
The price in this auction is for the Puch TL 150 only, TRANSPORTATION COST IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION PRICE.
After the auction is finished the buyer must send full payment via PayPal or to my bank account within two days or the bike will be relisted.

* Payment must be done in advance.
* Loading- and delivery adress must be reachable with an international truck-/trailer combination (17mtr).
* At the loading- and delivery adress must be personnel to load and offload the cargo.
* Our truck has no taillift, forklift or other loading facilities on board. You need to take care that the goods can be loaded in and out of the trailer
 
Hereby we send you our quotation for the arrangement of a transport as specified, based on todays wages, transfercosts and currency values.
Prices are excluding customs formalities, VAT (if applicable) and other surcharges.
Quoted prices are valid until 31 december 2017 and are subject to change.
Conditions:
Prices are based on harmless goods, E.E.C. goods.
1 loading- and 1 unloading adress. 1 cubic meter = 330kg. 1 loadingmeter = 1850kg.
2 hours free for loading and unloading per full truck load. 1 hour free for part loads.
Extra waitinghours a € 60,00 per hour. We do not change pallets.
If the loading is cancelled at the agreed loading day, we will charge 80% of the original freight costs.
If the loading is cancelled 1 day before the agreed loading day, we will charge 50% of the original freight costs.
Any mentioned loading- and delivery dates/times are always under restriction of unexpected circumstances.
Paymentterms:
Settlement of our invoices must take place within 30 days from the invoicedate. 
1st booking must be payed in advance. In the meantime we will investigate the credit worthiness of your company.
In case the credit worthiness of the debtor can not be determined, payment of the freightcosts must be
done before delivery of the goods. Interest and additional costs will be charged if payment is overdue.
Invoice:
We will send our invoice, after delivery of your goods, without signed CMR. Upon request the signed CMR can
be sent later.
Acceptance:
By placing an order, the client accepts above mentioned conditions and terms.
